    I hate that this location has such poor customer service because the food is good.

    Their own manager had an attitude when handing me my drive thru order, and looked at my like I was crazy when I asked if they had buffalo sauce. And then again, when I handed him an amex cc... they don't accept them. (Mind you, this was my first time here) It's those locations you can just tell have a cheap owner who would charge for napkins if they could.
    Their outdated drive thru menu didn't tell me much either.

    If my food had been the same temperature when handed to me, I would have given them their well deserved 3 stars but my unbelievably DELICIOUS mashed potatoes were burning hot while my smaller than expected tenders were barely warm and my biscuit was cold, not sure if they are supposed to be cold or hot though.

    I would expect attitude from any employee but not from their own manager. And again, I don't expect much from a food chain that isn't Chick-fil-A but I wish they cared a little. Lol

    Absolutely terrible service.  No other way to put it.  I had to wait 40 min for chicken.  I was told it would take 14 minutes and waited 45 minutes for chicken. How in the hell does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken. I will NEVER come back to this location.  The only reason it's getting the one star is that is the lowest that it will let me.

    Tried calling for many days phone just rang and rang and At night it was busy one just wanted to find out if they were selling the chicken sandwich went down there to the store on Montana ordered two chicken sandwiches at noon the worker at the counter said we don't have any and walked off great customer service

    That's crazy you pay $8 for a meal and then they charge you for sauce. 3 strips one sauce makes no sense to me. Never again will I be eating at Popeyes on the west coast.

    Omar, thanks for your smile at the drive through.

    I'm giving this place a 2 star. Why? I posted a pic of the coleslaw I received. It wasn't even full.

    The sweet tea is never consistent.

    The chicken is Popeyes. Nothing is ever to die for.

    Customer service is just ok. I often get the wrong meal. Never call to complain because I'm kinda just used to it at this location.

    Tip: check your order before you leave. Notorious for not giving spoons, forks, or napkins.
